Kia Ora Cottage

Kia Ora Cottage is a single-storey property in Seahouses, a working fishing village on the Northumberland coast. Everything unfolds on ground level: the living and dining area opens onto a kitchen fitted with an electric oven, hob, dishwasher and air fryer, while three bedrooms and a bathroom complete the layout. Two of the bedrooms have king beds; the third has a bunk (double below, single above). One king bedroom leads directly to the garden. The cottage sleeps six and welcomes one dog, with on-site parking for three cars.

Essentials like heating, electricity, bed linen and towels are included, along with Wi-Fi. The bathroom has a bath with shower and a heated rail. Outside, decking and garden furniture overlook an enclosed space. The living room has a Smart TV with Netflix access. No smoking is permitted.

Seahouses itself centres on a working harbour and sandy beach. The Farne Islands boat trips leave from here, and the village has pubs, cafés and seafood restaurants. Bamburgh's castle and beaches lie nearby, as does the Northumberland Coast Path for walking.
