Kiwi Corner

Kiwi Corner is a recently updated cottage in Amble, a working harbour town on the Northumberland coast. The property has two bedrooms sleeping four—a double and two singles—plus one bathroom with a walk-in shower. Downstairs, the living and dining rooms both have electric fires, and the kitchen is equipped for proper cooking with a gas hob, electric oven, dishwasher and washing machine. Essentials including heating, electricity, Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels are provided. One dog stays free.

Amble sits at the start of the Heritage Coast, with the beach just 800 yards away and a pub fifty yards from the door. The harbour hosts a Sunday morning market beside independent shops and a local ice-cream business. From here, the coastal route runs north through Alnmouth, Craster and Beadnell towards Bamburgh and Holy Island, each offering its own character. South lie Tynemouth's beaches and other attractions further afield. Inland, Northumberland spans dark-sky reserves, forests and walking country, as well as Hadrian's Wall and its Roman sites. The cottage does not permit smoking.
