Ladyburn House

Ladyburn House is a three-storey holiday home in the old centre of Seahouses, overlooking the working harbour where fishing boats still operate and boat trips depart for the Farne Islands. The building was completed in 2021 using traditional materials, and sits within the village's network of bars, restaurants and shops—all within walking distance. From the first-floor living space, French doors open onto a Juliet balcony with views across the water.

The ground floor contains three bedrooms: one kingsize, one double, and two singles, along with a bathroom with bath and shower. Upstairs is an open-plan living and dining area with a kitchen equipped for proper cooking—electric oven, hob, dishwasher and separate appliances for laundry. The second floor holds a fourth kingsize bedroom with its own shower room and toilet. Bed linen, towels and wi-fi are included. Two parking spaces come with the property.

The setting suits families and groups wanting straightforward seaside activity: boat trips to see seals and puffins, Bamburgh Castle visible along the coast, rockpools on the beach, and the RNLI museum in nearby Bamburgh dedicated to Grace Darling. One well-behaved pet stays free. Smoking is not permitted inside.
