You step straight into an open-plan living space where a modern electric fire and comfortable seating face a smart TV. The kitchen flows seamlessly into the dining area—all one bright room. Here you'll find everything needed to cook properly: electric oven, induction hob, dishwasher, microwave and fridge-freezer. The dining table seats everyone together.

Upstairs are three bedrooms: a kingsize, a zip-and-link double (two singles pushed together), and a single, each with its own smart TV. Two bathrooms serve the house—one on the ground floor with a shower cubicle, one upstairs with a bath and overhead shower. Heated towel rails in both. Outside, a patio and enclosed garden with furniture and a fire pit overlook private parking for two cars. One dog is welcome. The essentials are covered: heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi. No smoking indoors.

North Sunderland sits on the Northumberland coast; the house is a short drive to beaches and coastal villages. It works for families, groups of friends, or anyone wanting a fully private base with outdoor space and proper kitchen facilities.
