Spring Tides is a two-bedroom house in Beadnell, a coastal village in Northumberland. You get a ground floor living and dining room, kitchen with electric oven and dishwasher, and a conservatory with a wood-burning stove; upstairs are two bedrooms (one double, one twin) and a shower room. The layout opens directly from the conservatory to an enclosed garden with patio—there are steps down to a waterside path, though the garden itself contains some deep steps. One car can be parked on site.
The essentials—heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi—are included. One well-behaved pet stays free. The house is a short walk from Beadnell's sandy beach, and Seahouses, two miles north, has shops, restaurants and a harbour where boat trips to the Farne Islands depart regularly. Bamburgh and Holy Island are a little further along the coast. The village has access to horse riding, fishing and links golf nearby. No smoking inside; families and couples only.
