The ground floor combines living and dining space with a kitchen equipped for everyday cooking, alongside a separate toilet. An open-plan feel extends to French doors that lead out to an enclosed garden with decked seating. Upstairs, two bedrooms serve the first floor—one with a double bed and access to a bathroom with shower over bath—while the top floor holds a twin bedroom with skylights and its own TV.

The essentials are covered: heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi are included, along with a travel cot and highchair if needed. Private parking for two cars sits on site. One dog can stay at no extra charge. The property occupies Coquet Enterprise Park at the edge of Amble, a working fishing town with a harbour, marina and small beach roughly 15 minutes' walk away. The waterfront hosts weekend markets, a handful of restaurants and chip shops, and boat trips run out to Coquet Island for the bird sanctuary. Warkworth village and its castle lie two miles inland; Alnwick and its celebrated gardens and castle are 14 miles further. No smoking inside.
