The Dunes

You enter The Dunes directly into an open-plan living space where a wood-burner and Freeview TV occupy one end, the dining table another, and the kitchen—fitted with electric range, dishwasher and washer-dryer—sits ready at the back. French doors lead out to an enclosed garden with seating and furniture; the beach car park is beyond the gate. A ground-floor shower room serves those sandy moments. Upstairs, four bedrooms include a king in the master with ensuite, two singles, and two bunks (one double-and-single combination). A family bathroom with tub and shower sits between them. The house takes ten people comfortably and welcomes one pet. Bed linen, towels, electricity and wi-fi are covered in the rental.

Beadnell Bay runs directly below the property—you can walk into the water within a minute's walk. The village itself has the essentials, and the wider Northumberland coast is within easy reach. The enclosed garden has a step into it. Smoking is not permitted. Two cars can park privately at the property.
