Water's Edge Holiday Home sits in Beadnell village, directly beside an inlet where swans and seabirds drift past. The 2025 refurbishment has left it fresh, with underfloor heating in the sun room and decent kitchen equipment—oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave—so you can cook properly or keep things simple. Ground floor holds an open-plan living and dining space with French doors onto a triple-decked balcony; upstairs are two bedrooms (one kingsize, one single with a pull-out bed) and a bathroom with shower over the bath. Bed linen, towels, heating and Wi-Fi are all sorted.

The village has a shop and food pubs within walking distance. A small bay with rocky outcrops is just 300 yards away; Beadnell Bay's golden sand stretches less than a mile off. This stretch of Northumberland coast is designated an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and runs for 20 miles, drawing walkers and water sports enthusiasts year-round. One small dog is welcome. There's parking for one car on site, and the entrance is step-free.
