Lots of lovely walks. Popular dog walks. Car park can be a struggle as can some people to dispose of doggy bags properly. Some cool walks on a hot day or walk though to Bernwood Meadows and see the wild flowers.

Beautiful place, lovely for dog walking, keep on the flat unused road if you can't do uneven surfaces, still a lovely entertaining walk whichever way you go. I took the butterfly trail very well, signed a posted and a high field to visit on route. Parking there is good but it's a big forest so expect to park on the side road if not a space, it's all free. There's dog bins around, so please use them. I did see a few poo bags just dropped on the floor (shame spoils a lovely place). Has a few streams around, but when I visited, they had dried up (july), so take water for the dogs.

Easy to find, lots of parking and good for a long peaceful walk. Was a bit concerned about all the police warning signs not to leave valuables, but had no issues. Barely saw other people. I think it would be easy to get lost if you lose your bearings and don't stick to tracks

Lovely leg stretch for the dogs here. We managed to get a bit lost but there was a wide path that would probably have been more straightforward if we'd have stuck to it. Easy to park and had a bin 👍
