The Oxford Townhouse

Really enjoyed our stay at the " oxford townhouse", the staff are very welcoming and lovely, breakfast was very good and freshly made and served. The room wasn't very big but for a couple it was plentiful, very clean and comfy. No elevators in the building though ( but we had no trouble carrying our luggage up the stairs). The place is pretty close to city center, we enjoyed a 10-/+ minutes walk there which is really nice. Overall very good experience! Will come again:)

Well presented rooms that were clearly renovated very recently. Very clean all round and a good quality breakfast. The room that we had however was very small, as was the bed - the only reason I’ve chosen a three over a four. Good location around 15 minutes walk from the centre of town, quicker by bus if you prefer. My recommendation would be to go for the bigger rooms if possible.

Stayed here last night and was so happy I chose this place. It's a very short walk to the centre of Oxford. The room number 2 is at the back with a larger than average bathroom and a contemporary decor. Safe and fridge in room. Plus tea & coffee making facilities and a nice pack of local biscuits. I was surprised by the choices of breakfast for such a small place. The staff are also very nice. Would choose this again.

I love this hotel, it is my go to stay in Oxford. the prices are reasonable and it is not far from town. This is a converted town house as the name suggests. Some of the rooms are on the main road however this didn't keep me awake. Inside it is great and the staff are amazing. the rooms have free drinks, local cookies and snacks, including chilled drinks in the fridge. The included breakfast which is fabulous with lots of choice, I have had most things on the menu and not been disappointed in any! the full English is amazing and locally sourced produce, the porridge comes with different sauces all lovely, and there is yogurt, pasties and fruit to name but a few. This place could not come any more highly recommended.
