Perfect location, beautiful hotel with a really friendly atmosphere. Stayed in Room 10 which was, clean, comfortable, cost and had a balcony overlooking the seafront. The breakfast was exceptionally good and could choose from a variety of cereal, toast with plenty of different choices of condiments and also cooked breakfast. Gary and James were the perfect hosts and very helpful. Good value, will definitely be using this hotel again. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Great for a short stay, Hosts are welcoming, beds are comfy and shower is hot with good pressure. Breakfast is great value for money Overall serves as a great, low cost spot to serve as a base for exploring Paignton!

We only stayed for 1 night but will definitely stay again. The room had a balcony which over looked the sea. The hosts were friendly and were also very helpful. Very clean and the whole hotel smelt amazing too! Would highly recommend....😊
