The room had a nice bath, bed wasn't comfy and it wasn't very clean as there was a lot of dust and some one had dropped a glass as there was glass we didn't see till my fiancé had a piece in his toe and we found more shards around the toilet. Staff were lovely, knowledgeable and gave good recommendations the breakfast was lovely and the staff made sure to look after the guests There was a door to the beach and had great views of the sea and surrounding area so it was a brilliant adventure and stay and even with room issues we'd happily stay again.

Visited the Redcliffe Hotel for the Torbay Air show watch party on the Sunday. It was nice to be away from the crowds on Paignton beach, we sat on comfy chairs on the terrace overlooking the beach which gave us a great view of the Airshow. It was £22 to get in, which included free car parking and a guaranteed seat. There was a free bouncy castle, live music, indoor ping pong and kids games, a chargeable bar, wine truck and BBQ. While the prices were expensive the food was ok but not exciting. The staff were great and even found us some throws as it got a bit chilly in the afternoon. I would go again, but it's not a cheap day out.

We had an absolutely excellent stay at the Redcliffe Hotel in Paignton. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel so welcome – everyone was extremely friendly and helpful throughout our visit. A special mention must go to Karen, who looked after us at breakfast – she was so lovely, attentive, and really made the mornings something to look forward to. The spa facilities were also fantastic – clean, relaxing, and a perfect way to unwind during our stay. We honestly couldn’t fault a thing and are already planning our next visit. Highly recommended!

Just wow, the hotel is beautiful, lovely to see a building like this so well cared for. The twin room is like a little apartment, very comfortable and immaculately clean. And even though we didn't pay the rate for it they gave us a balcony room overlooking the bay. I'm definitely going to stay here again.
