Pembrokeshire's coastline and countryside surround this single-storey cottage on the edge of Roch village. Newgale beach—a broad sweep of sand backed by a shingle ridge—lies a short drive away and draws swimmers, surfers and walkers year-round. St Davids, with its cathedral, shops and restaurants, is around 15 minutes further on. Smaller beaches including Little Haven and Broad Haven are equally accessible for a day out.

The cottage is built on one level with a unified living space that includes a sitting area with Freeview television, dining zone and kitchen equipped for cooking proper meals. A double bedroom and shower room complete the layout. From the patio, countryside and sea views stretch across the garden; the all-weather furniture there makes a natural spot for breakfast or planning the day. Underfloor heating runs throughout, keeping the place warm whatever the season. Roch itself has a shop and a village pub serving real ale and homemade food within walking distance.

Wi-Fi, electricity, bed linen and towels are provided. There is private parking for three cars on site and an electric car charging point. The property is no-smoking. A shared dog exercise field and washing machine are available to guests.
