Y Caban

Y Caban is a ground-floor cabin where everything you need is within arm's reach. Three steps lead to the entrance; inside, a kitchen with gas cooker, microwave and fridge sits alongside a bedroom with a double bed (4ft 6in) and a shower room. A small garden with furniture and a fire pit is yours alone, along with private parking for one car. Wifi and electricity are included, and you'll find bed linen here on arrival.

The cabin occupies one of seven pitches on a 6-acre site just outside Fishguard, near enough to reach on foot the town's pubs, cafes and restaurants. The location puts you within easy reach of Fishguard Bay and the North Pembrokeshire Coast—a stretch of cliffs and coves that draws walkers and explorers rather than crowds. Inland, the Preseli Hills rise a few miles northeast, scattered with Neolithic remains and Iron Age sites. Dogs are welcome. Note that towels aren't provided, so bring your own.
