About High Lea Farm Camping
Tucked into the rolling South Yorkshire countryside near Penistone, High Lea Farm Camping offers a relaxed, back-to-basics stay that's ideal for families and dog owners seeking a proper outdoor escape. Campfires are welcomed here—always a plus for evenings under the stars—and electric hook-ups are on hand for those who want a few home comforts. Showers, toilets and drinking water cover the essentials, though there's no chemical disposal point or WiFi, so come prepared if you need either.
The setting is genuinely peaceful, with open fields and far-reaching views that make it easy to switch off. It's a straightforward, honest site that won't win design awards but delivers exactly what many campers are after: space, freedom and a proper taste of the Pennine countryside.

What visitors say
Basic campsite with lovely views. We live nearby so we know there are a load of places to walk and to visit nearby. The owner and her daughter were lovely and welcoming. Only a couple of niggles are that the hook up was a bit temperamental and we had to heat the water ourselves to wash the dishes, but we would defo stay again!
