Crieff and its market town shops lie two miles away, with Aberfeldy, Dunkeld, Perth and Pitlochry all within an hour's drive. The loch itself has seasonal fishing, boat hire and a zip-line if you want something livelier, or quieter options in the form of waterside fire pits and woodland walks across the estate. Edinburgh and Glasgow are reachable for a day out.

Conifer Chalet 7 is one of five standalone properties spread across 40 acres of historic Highland landscape. The chalet sits on ground level with an open-plan living space that combines living, dining and kitchen areas. Three bedrooms—a double, bunk beds and a single—and one bathroom with bath and shower suit a family or small group of five. The kitchen has an electric oven, hob and microwave for self-catering. Essentials like heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi are included, and there is car parking on site. The property is detached and entirely yours; one pet is welcome. No smoking indoors.
