Two miles from Crieff, this part of Perth and Kinross feels quietly removed from everyday life. Conifer Chalet 9 is one of five Scandinavian-built properties scattered across 40 acres of protected historic landscape around Loch Monzievaird. The chalet itself is detached, positioned among trees with its own parking on site, and entirely yours for the duration of your stay.
Everything is on the ground floor: an open-plan living and dining area with Freeview, a kitchen equipped for cooking proper meals, and three bedrooms—one double and two with bunk beds—served by a bathroom with bath and shower. The essentials are covered: heating, power, bed linen, towels and wifi are all included. No smoking indoors, though one dog is welcome to come along.
The location works as a base for exploring central Scotland—Aberfeldy, Dunkeld, Perth, Pitlochry and Stirling are all within reasonable driving distance—or simply for time away from it all. The loch itself offers seasonal fishing and boat hire, there are woodland walks on the estate, and fire pits down by the water for evening gathering. Arrival is after 4pm; checkout is before 10am.
