Cotlea East Cottage

Cotlea East Cottage is a two-bedroom stone cottage sleeping four, with everything included to make cooking and heating straightforward. The kitchen has an electric oven, induction hob, microwave and washing machine. Both the living room and dining room have wood burners, and ground source underfloor heating runs throughout. Bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi and fuel for the fires are all provided, so there are no hidden costs once you arrive.

The ground floor holds the living room with a 65-inch Smart TV and wood burner, a separate dining room with its own burner, the kitchen with breakfast area, and a walk-in shower room. Upstairs are two bedrooms: one with a king bed, the other with two single beds. A travel cot and highchair are available. The enclosed garden has a BBQ and sitting-out area, and there is private parking for two cars on site.

One dog stays free. The cottage suits families and friends looking for a self-contained break in the Perthshire countryside, with golf courses, woodland walks and the Den of Alyth nearby. Blairgowrie is a few miles away for shops and restaurants, and Pitlochry lies further west. In winter, Glenshee ski centre is about 20 miles off.
