Gamekeeper’s Cottage

Loch Monzievaird and the surrounding Perth and Kinross countryside offer a quieter base than the busier tourist routes, yet remain within reach of Crieff and the central Highlands. Gamekeeper's Cottage sits just off the A85 at the loch's entrance, close enough to the water for easy access but set back among the rural landscape that defines this corner of Scotland. The village and lochside are a short walk away.

The cottage is a three-bedroom, three-bathroom house sleeping six. Downstairs you'll find a living room with television and electric fire, a kitchen and dining area with oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher and fridge-freezer, plus a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. One double bedroom and shower room are also on this level. Upstairs, a second double bedroom has its own ensuite shower room, and a third bedroom contains two single beds served by a further shower room. Electricity, bed linen and towels are provided.

Outside, an enclosed garden with seating area wraps around the property, offering somewhere quiet to sit. Parking for two cars is on site. The cottage is non-smoking. It suits families, groups of friends, or anyone wanting countryside access with the option of activities at the nearby loch.
