Ivy Cottage

Crieff sits on the River Earn in central Perthshire, with Perth, Aberfeldy, Dunkeld and Pitlochry all within driving distance, and Edinburgh, Stirling, Glasgow and Dundee roughly an hour away. Ivy Cottage is a traditional stone cottage set back from the main road, offering couples a private base within walking distance of the town's shops, cafes and pubs.

The ground floor opens into a conservatory that leads to an open-plan living and dining space with a wood burner and television, plus a kitchen equipped for proper cooking—range cooker, dishwasher, air fryer and everything else you'd need. A bathroom with a bath and shower completes this level. Upstairs, a kingsize bedroom and separate toilet. Outside, there is private parking and a front garden with furniture for sitting out.

Wifi, electricity, bed linen and towels are included. A pub lies within a mile's walk. The cottage is not suitable for smoking.
