Culdees Castle Estate

We had a fantastic stay in the Horton Lodge at Culdees Castle Estate. The lodge had everything we needed and more, set amongst a beautiful landscape. Tracey & Rob were fantastic hosts, accommodating our request for different bedding and going above and beyond. It was great to hear the journey they've been on, and their vision for the future of the castle and its grounds. We hope to return in the future to see the progress!

Our wedding day 23/08/2025 ♡ The most magical place... We'd visited lots of wedding venues that all felt very much the same and/or unpersonal, until we we came across Culdees Castle. Tracey and Rob welcomed me and my fiancé to view the castle and grounds and we immediately fell in love, there is something about this place that is so magical, a perfect mix of traditional and quirky, we knew this was the place - no questions asked. The animals, gorgeous decor, neon lights and stunning grounds... the list goes on! Communication was great with the whole team, Tracey was at the end of the phone with any issues/questions we had and organised our day from start to finish, including me (the most laid back/disorganised person ever haha!). They helped with everything; timings of the day, giving ideas to work within our budget, making decorations, picking suppliers and how to personalise everything to our taste. The whole team worked together brilliantly on the day and everything ran so smoothly! We were able to have our two fur babies with us for the ceremony and photos and even had mini unicorns attend our wedding which our guests still haven't stopped talking about! The cabins we stayed in were perfect, just wish we got to spend more time in them! We had the most special memorable weekend and just want to do it again and again! We can't wait to come back to visit and see all the progress! Thank you so much, all our love Taymee & Charlie xxx

We had a lovely 2 night stay at Culdees Castle Estate. The setting is absolutely beautiful, surrounded by countryside, making it the perfect place to relax. The log cabin was cosy and well presented, and the bed was especially comfortable. It’s a stunning location, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway.

Just returned home from at two night stay in Majors Lodge! Five star visit and 100% going to recommend to everyone! The lodge itself is super cozy, inviting and calm. The hot tub area is very relaxing, we loved having this for both nights! We were promptly greeted by Tracey when we arrived, who showed us to our cabin (with help from her dog❤️), Tracey was very informative and friendly. As we arrived at our cabin Richard was already there lighting our hot tub for the night, he was a great help in showing us how to work the hot tub! On our second night Rob light our hot tub, he was also super helpful and very friendly! We visited some amazing spots mentioned in the guidebook provided by the hosts, we loved our dinner at Delivino in Crieff, along with other spots! When heading out for the evening on Saturday we had an issue with the keypad leaving the estate, it seemed to have turned off, we called Richard and this was swiftly dealt with and we were on our way within minutes! Amazing customer service! We had the most relaxing, calming and fun stay at Culdees Castle, we are already looking forward to our next visit!! 🏰
