Pine Chalet 24

Perth and Kinross draws visitors for its landscapes and lochs, and Pine Chalet 24 sits within a small cluster of Scandinavian-style properties on the shores of Loch Monzievaird. The setting offers genuine seclusion—each chalet is positioned separately—while remaining close enough to Crieff for shops, restaurants and cafés when you want them. A coffee hut operates on site for takeaway drinks and snacks.

The chalet is entirely on the ground floor, accessed by a short flight of steps. Inside, an open-plan living and dining area includes a kitchen equipped for self-catering, with a microwave, dishwasher and fridge-freezer. The main bedroom holds a double bed and has an ensuite shower; the second bedroom contains two single beds plus a Z-bed, allowing a fifth guest. A separate bathroom has a bath with shower and—the real standout—a private sauna. Wifi, electricity, bed linen and towels are included; heating is provided by electric central heating. One pet is welcome.

The loch supports fishing and boat trips seasonally, and the grounds offer walks, a playing field with games, and zip-lining. Fire pits down by the water give you a place to sit and watch the evening. Smoking is not permitted indoors.
