Riversdale

St Fillans sits on the shore of Loch Earn within Loch Lomond & The Trossachs National Park, a village with a shop, coffee shop and pair of hotels within walking distance. Riversdale is a detached cottage at the village edge, backing onto countryside with a river beyond the rear garden. The whole property is yours, ground floor throughout, with two bedrooms (one king, one single), a shower room, and a living and dining space with TV and electric fire. The kitchen comes equipped for proper cooking—oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine—plus essentials like a washing machine. Wi-Fi, heating, bed linen and towels are included; there's parking for two cars on site and a garden with sitting-out area.

From here you're walking distance to Loch Earn's water sports and small beaches, the adjacent 9-hole golf course, and the Falls of Dochart at Killin. Cycle paths run along the loch and towards Comrie; Callander, a larger town with shops and restaurants, is nearby. The area holds castles, ancient monuments and whisky distilleries for those interested in history. One dog stays free. No smoking.
