What visitors say
A lovely spot near the river, a short walk from the train station. Beautiful place to while away a few hours, eat a packed lunch, and watch the birds fly about.

Wonderful outdoor area with great garden railway, a very large Wildlife Haven with special walks, viewing platforms for the main line next door and the Globe Centre which shows videos of steam engines, historic memories, and fun things for children to do. There is also a building housing a huge Hornby 00 train layout and a Thomas & friends layout which children can easily operate. There are picnic tables throughout and light refreshments available. All run by volunteers too, so charges are small. Great day out!

Lovely place to spend a day with family lots of railway tracts and to see and the place is still under development and will be a real gem soon please don't park your car any where the place has a free carpark tickets are very cheep . There is a nice Caffè serves sandwiches and drinks. The nature trail is fascinating and intimidating. You can see the trains to Cambridge while you are in the platform
