What a beautiful place! We stayed with my family from California and the whole trip was amazing. Rooms, food, location could not be better! Our host Mairi was so friendly and helpful and the lovely touch of leaving us some Talisker whiskey was great. We can’t wait to return! Definitely 10 out of 10 and I’d recommend Rockview to anyone.

The location of Portree is perfect as a base to explore the entire Isle from, the hosts Mairi and Andrew (and their wee dog) are very welcoming where the rooms are immaculate with very fine finishing details, the complimentary Talisker whisky was most welcome at the end of the day. The breakfast was amazing (fresh baked croissants to die for) and it set us up for the day - didn't eat again until late at night. I wouldn't go past this hotel ever again and recommend it to anyone wanting to visit Skye.

We spent 2 nights in this super guest house and were very well looked after. We were made to feel very welcome and invited to treat the guest house as our home. Our room was comfortable and included a fridge which was handy too. Breakfast options were excellent and tasted good. The invitation to a dram of Talisker each evening was a nice touch!

Wow! Our stay at Rockview cannot be more perfect. Hostess make you feel at home. The rooms are stunning and we loved the little scottish touches! You can find everything you need and much more. Breakfast was sooo yummy. You can get homemade Scottish Breakfast, fresh fruit, yoghurt, pancakes, jams, juices, cheese, cereal, and many another things. 1 Night wasn't enough for such an amazing experience, we would love to stay longer! Also location is perfect, with sea views and the typical picture of Portree colour houses. Thank you so much Mairi and Andrew!
