RV park near Newtown in rural Powys with shower facilities and a pub next door.
About Gwernydd Hall Holiday Home Park
Gwernydd Hall Holiday Home Park sits in the quiet countryside around Newtown, in the heart of Powys. The landscape here is typical mid-Wales: rolling farmland and moorland, a long way from any town-sized settlement. The site itself takes motorhomes and caravans on grass pitches.
Facilities are basic: showers are available on site. The Gwernydd Arms pub is a few steps away, which matters if you are staying for more than a night or two and want an evening out without driving far. Beyond that, the setting is remote enough that you will need a vehicle to reach shops or attractions; isolation is both the point and the limitation of staying here.

What visitors say
We went here for a spa experience and it was lovely, the facilties were great and as we went in the week it was quiet. The treatment was amazing and Yasnin was bright and bubbly and made us feel very welcome and relaxed. The afternoon tea was lovely way to finish the day. Thank you

Amazing time visiting our friends for the day again. We love it so much here that we're now considering buying our own van on site. Amazing leisure facilities, including a pool area, cafe, pub, play park, dog park and, the part we love the most, the river and pools at the bottom end where you can swim and paddle to your hearts content.

We love our visits to Gwernydd Hall ..it is in beautifully kept grounds in amazing surrounding views. There is plenty to do on the park, great local walks and lots of interesting areas to visit including the beautiful coastline of North Wales. But we must say the site personnel are very friendly and are very approachable. The restaurant is lovely and the food menu is excellent. We look forward to our next visit.

We visited the spa last Wednesday morning for the Retreat Spa Experience. It was myself, my mum and my sister. We had use of the spa facilities before our treatment and following our treatment, we had our Afternoon Tea in the coffee shop. It was so lovely from the minute we got there, to the minute we left. The facilities are very clean! The best bit of the day was our Back, Neck and Shoulder massage with Yasmin. One of the best massages I have ever had. We felt so relaxed and comfortable. The Afternoon Tea was lovely! Everything was homemade and fresh. The cakes are AMAZING! We had a great day and look forward to returning one day. Thank you to Yasmin for arranging everything for us.
