Forget-me-not Cottage comes ready to use: electricity, heating, bed linen and wifi are all included, along with initial logs for the wood burners. The kitchen has an electric oven, hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher and washing machine, so you can cook proper meals or keep things simple. There's a sun room as well as a living and dining room, both with wood burners for cooler evenings. Upstairs are three bedrooms—a double, two singles and another single—sharing one bathroom with a bath and shower.

The cottage sits near Highbrook Cottages in Powys and has parking for three cars on site. A south-facing garden with furniture and a portable barbecue makes outdoor eating straightforward. You have the whole place to yourself, and one pet is welcome. The area suits walkers: Offa's Dyke footpath and Hergest Ridge are nearby. Cot and highchair are available if needed. No smoking inside.
