Lodge 3

The Knighton area straddles the border in ways that matter to visitors: Offa's Dyke runs through it, red kites wheel overhead at the feeding station, and within an hour's drive sit Ludlow Castle, Ironbridge, Elan Valley and Powys Castle. A pub is just down the lane. Lodge 3 is a detached property with three bedrooms and three bathrooms, sleeping six, set on two acres with mature grounds and access to the original Mill Race—a water feature that may be full or dry depending on weather.

The accommodation spreads across two floors. Ground level holds an open-plan living and dining space with a kitchen equipped for proper cooking, plus one bedroom with two single beds and its own wet room. Upstairs are two further bedrooms: one with a kingsize bed and dressing area, the other with two singles; both have ensuite wet rooms. Electricity, bed linen and towels are included.

The hot tub overlooks the brook. There is decked patio space, a barbecue area, and parking for two cars on site. One well-behaved pet stays free. The lodge does not permit smoking. The property has steep and narrow internal stairs. Check-in is after 15:00, departure before 10:00.
