About Gwyliau Allt Fawr Holidays

Set on the scenic Llŷn Peninsula, Gwyliau Allt Fawr is a small, peaceful family-run site just outside Pwllheli, offering spacious grass pitches for campervans and motorhomes with spectacular views over Cardigan Bay towards Eryri. Each pitch comes with 16-amp electric hook-up and water point, while modern shower and toilet facilities, a washing-up area and chemical disposal keep things comfortable. Kids and dogs are warmly welcomed—there's even a dedicated dog park on site.

A fantastic site run by James a very welcoming chap. The views are to die for and they alone justify the pitch fee which is very reasonable. The pitch was level overlooking the see and mountains. There is a path from the site to the town. There is water and hookup on the pitch. I wish James all the best with this project as it fully deserves to succeed and if you want a quiet site with outstanding views this place is for you

What an amazing couple of days we've just had at Allt Fawr Camping & Caravan Site in Pwllheli! A huge thank you to James and everyone on the campsite for making us feel so welcome. James is a fantastic host – he was there to greet us on arrival, show us around, and explain all the facilities. The showers, toilets, and EHU facilities were all spotless and very well maintained. One of the best additions is the footpath James has created, which gives easy access to the local area. It's only around a 5-minute walk to Aldi and about 15 minutes into Pwllheli town centre, making it a perfect location for exploring without needing to drive everywhere. The views from the site are absolutely breathtaking, and if you're lucky, you might even spot dolphins out in the bay! The whole site is peaceful, well-kept, and has a really friendly atmosphere. We will 100% be returning in the future. If you're looking for something a little different, be sure to ask about the Shepherd's Hut for a bit of glamping – it looks fantastic! Highly recommended and a credit to James and his team.

Lovely site with amazing views of the coast. Lovely quiet rural site, but within walking distance of shops &,restaurants in Pwhelli. Friendly owner, nothing too much trouble. Dog & child friendly site. Great for tourers, seasonal caravan pitches, camping & beautiful cabins to rent.
