Frank’s View

Frank's View is a first-floor apartment within a Victorian building that overlooks Saltburn-by-the-Sea. The property comes fully equipped with essentials including Wi-Fi, electricity, bed linen and towels, plus a welcome pack on arrival. The kitchen has an electric cooker, microwave, dishwasher and fridge, making it straightforward to prepare meals; a 40-inch Freeview TV, a sofa and dining space occupy the living room. Both bedrooms are on the first floor—one with a kingsize bed, the other with two singles—and there is one bathroom with a bath, shower and heated towel rail.

A private balcony runs around the exterior, furnished with chairs and positioned to take in views across Saltburn bay towards Huntcliff and out to sea. Guests have use of one private parking space, with additional on-street parking nearby. The building can be accessed by lift (availability not guaranteed) or via the grand staircase. Saltburn itself is a working seaside town with restaurants, cafés and a busy beach popular with surfers and families. The Victorian cliff lift—the oldest operating water-balance lift in the country—connects the town to the promenade and pier. The area has historical links to smuggling, visible in the dramatic cliffs that frame the bay. Smoking is not permitted inside.
