Liverton Lodge - The Cottage

Built as a pig house and barn in the 1600s, The Cottage at Liverton Lodge retains the character of its sandstone walls and pantile roof. The conversion has preserved its modest footprint while creating usable holiday accommodation: downstairs holds the kitchen, a double bedroom and shower room, while a galleried single bedroom sits under the eaves above the open-plan living and dining space. A private garden with patio runs to the rear. Electricity, Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels come as standard; there is parking for one car on site.

Saltburn-by-the-Sea lies between the North York Moors and the coast, putting moorland walks within five minutes' drive and Skinningrove Beach ten minutes away. The village itself has shops and a bakery nearby. The cottage does not accept children, though dogs stay free. You arrive after 15:00 and must leave by 10:00.
