The Old Dairy
Redcar and Cleveland
Grinkle Park sits between the North York Moors and the coast, a setting of walking routes and open countryside that makes this part of Redcar and Cleveland quietly rewarding. The Old Dairy occupies its own corner on a working farm, with a private drive lined by rhododendrons leading through to the wider park and its hotel. You get three bedrooms (one double, one double, one twin), a bathroom with a Jacuzzi bath and separate shower, and a ground-floor toilet. There is gas central heating throughout, and the kitchen is equipped for proper cooking—electric oven, gas hob, microwave, dishwasher—plus a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer.
The house is yours alone, sleeping six, with a spacious garden and patio for sitting out. There is parking for multiple cars on site. One dog stays free. Electricity, bed linen and towels are included. The sitting room has a Freeview TV, DVD player and CD player; the dining room is separate. The ground floor also has a living space with an electric fire for cooler evenings. No smoking throughout.
Footpath walks radiate from the property in all directions—the moors rise inland, and the coast (Staithes and its village character lie within reach) is not far. The rhododendron drive connects you directly to Grinkle Park Hotel if you want a meal out without the drive back.
