Couples and small families will find The Tipsy Bee at 143 well positioned for exploring the North Yorkshire National Park and Redcar and Cleveland's heritage coastline. The cottage sits on Guisborough's main street, steps from independent shops, cafés and bars, with the town's market held Thursdays and Saturdays. The coast lies six miles away, while Guisborough Forest and its walking trails are nearby; the National Park itself borders the town.
A 150-year-old building, recently renovated to retain its original beamed ceilings and period character, the cottage is organised across two floors. Downstairs, an open-plan living and dining space has a wood burner and a compact kitchen equipped for self-catering. A walk-in shower room and utility room complete the ground floor. Upstairs, a king bedroom and a three-quarter double bedroom are both finished to a high standard. Wi-Fi, heating, electricity, bed linen and towels are all included, along with initial fuel for the fire. The cottage is non-smoking and has on-road parking and a small courtyard seating area.
