Gorgeous absolutely lovely white boulder beach. There was just one other person there with her dog. Lovely walk down through a beautiful forest to glimpse the sea in the distance it's breathtaking. The weather had been pretty wet but the sun came out for our visit. Afterwards we had a lovely coffee sitting outside the little cafe. They have loos too which is always a bonus. Really recommend you visit this hidden gem.

We visited Danes Dyke Beach on a weekday in August. We parked in the Nature Reserve and walked 10 minutes down to the beach. Both the North and South coastal walks can be accessed from the beach as shown in the pics. Lovely secluded beach which really opens up when the path meets the beach. The beach has some substantial cobbles so you'll need to use the right footwear to cross them to get to the sandy bit.

Beautiful beach discovered unexpectedly through woodlands dogs are allowed and we thoroughly enjoyed sitting here listening to the see watching the world go by and building our own stone cairn. Someone had built an impressive one as tall as an adult! Reasonable car park fee £1.60 i think for an hour plus spaces for picnics on the grass and toilet facilities

Ankle breakingly beautiful beach, worth a rolled ankle or two. Mediterranean vibes, clear warm water. We arrived at high tide and there was no sand at all, we were there for several hours and there was no sand when we left either. This beach is not fit for the physically disabled, unsteady on their feet, pushchairs, wheelchairs etc. It’s really hard work as an unfit thirty something able bodied person to get 20 foot down the beach. There is a handy shop, and toilets at in the car park but keep an eye on closing times as the toilets shut at the same time.
