What visitors say
Solley's is a lovely campsite in a gorgeous part of Kent with all the amenities you want - and more. It's very well kept, the showers and loos are clean, and there are areas for all of the usual camping or touring particulars. There are several bonuses; there's an airstrip on site so we got chatting to a pilot who'd flown in for a night of camping - he was equally interested in our group's bikepacking setups. The clubhouse/pub is really nice and had live music, the ice cream rips, and at night it's very dark, meaning lots of stars. At £8/head in the windsock field, it's also a bargain compared to other local sites such as that in Kingsdown. The chap who runs it is also very pleasant indeed! Highly recommended.
