What visitors say
The kids really enjoyed it here , they had some food which was reasonable priced. We had some chocolate cake to share which was very rich and chocolatey really lovely. The few reasons for the 3 star is 1) the car park spaces were really small was really hard getting the kids out of car despite being sliding doors. 2) the disabled was out of order and the toilets was extremely dirty 3) some of th stuff was little ripped wasn’t major issue but it could do with little updating other than that would visit again wasn’t cheapest but wasn’t worse I’ve paid

We came for the 'special features' like the cars, the canyons, etc. And all that was out of order for what it looks like years. And even despite this, and the expected signs of wear and tear, it would have been 'okay' if it were clean! The amounts of dust and the lack of care are unbelievable! Don't bother to come here.

Went today after not going for a few years and having enjoyed it before, definitely won’t be going again nor would I recommend going. Got there and all tables were dirty and covered in food, after someone had left we got a table that wasn’t covered with food and leftover drinks, ordered something to eat for the kids and after almost 1 hour of waiting I asked at the counter how long the food would be, I was told that the food had been taken to the wrong table as though it was my fault and then over heard the staff member on the counter telling the staff member who was bringing out food to go back to the table they had taken my food to and see if they had already started eating the food!! Ended up asking for our money back for food and took kids elsewhere. Toilets were dirty and smelly, no toilet paper and all hand dryers out of order. Definitely will not be returning, it’s a shame as it used to be a decent play area.

This used to be a really lovely play area. We visited recently for the first time in ages and it's unfortunately not been maintained and has gone so downhill. Lots of parts of the play area need repairing/replacing and the toilets were absolutely awful. There was an overpowering smell in the ladies, I thought it was from the sanitary bins but I see from other reviews this was the case at other times too, so it could be the drains? It's very dirty, things are broken (I can't remember a time when the go karts were working, and the section with the air toys has been broken for a long time as well). Unfortunately it's not fit for playing in. Unless the owners put some work into fixing it up it'll just get worse and I worry it'll become unsafe. I've attached a few photos that I managed to take, but there were many more bits that were broken. The 2 stars are for the food only, it was hot when it came out and tasted good. I do worry what the hygiene level in the kitchen is like looking at everywhere else though. Bottom line I wouldn't recommend you going.

Some reviews mention the play area can be poorly maintained.
