About Terrace House
Victoria Colonnade is one of Royal Leamington Spa's handsome terraced streets, and Terrace House occupies a spot right on it, close to the town's shops, pubs and transport links. It's a small, adults-only hotel with just six rooms, each with an en-suite bathroom and drinks available in room, making it a quiet base rather than a large-scale operation.
Guests have access to a restaurant and bar on site, along with meeting rooms for those combining business with a stay, and reception is staffed around the clock. The compact size means service tends to be personal rather than anonymous.
Beyond the front door, Royal Leamington Spa offers a golf course, entertainment venues, and a good spread of pubs and restaurants within easy reach, so there's no shortage of places to eat or spend an evening once you've settled in.
