I found Tuppenhurst Farm for the first time today (Sunday 15-03-2026) after searching for "Dog Friendly Cafe" on Google Maps. What a fantastic find! I wish I'd found it sooner! First class cafe with indoor and outdoor seating and dogs allowed in both areas. Lovely location with walks along the nearby canal towpath, plus the bonus of a secure dog field to let them have a safe romp and burn off some energy. The dog field was wonderful with a great shelter and lovely views. Also very clean with water on tap. Homemade cakes and great coffee in the cafe too was a very welcome bonus. Can only highly recommend. We will definitely be back!!!

I was out exploring with my dog. I ordered food, which they didn't have available. So, I just decided to order a drink. It was really hot and I had become very thirsty and didn't want to touch my dog's water. The drink came to £3.00. I handed over my cash, the boy behind the counter shoved a card machine in my direction. I said no I'm paying with cash. The lad looked at me , as if I was insane. I don't carry cards with me when I'm dog walking . I use cash in my day to day life . Respect my choice and maybe reconsider your silly card only policy. Lots of people use cash for such minuscule amounts. I don't rate places like this at all 0/10. Still stuck in COVID mode, move forward!
