Sunny Glen Holiday Park

What an absolute find. The site is lovely and in walking distance to Saundersfoot beach. A lovely heated pool with beds in the sunny outside area. A shop with all essentials you could need even a cheeky bottle of wine. The children's entertainer Jack was wonderful with the kids, hes an absolute star and made our Jack very happy with the games and dancing. The food and drinks on offer compete with what you get at Park Dean and Haven holidays. There is a lovely park and arcade for the children. The caravan was dated but spotless with lovely touches like a shower mat, complementary soaps, shower gel and shampoo and conditioner. There was also a kitchen pack with tea towel, scourer, washing up liquid and black bag. They welcome dogs too. What a lovely site.

We stayed in a bungalow over Easter at valley grove it's a good 5 minute walk depending how quickly you walk, from sunnyvale with no real path in some areas, have to walk on the road, and not much lighting at night! We paid nearly £600 for the weekend and wanted to charge £15 to make each bed up! We have stayed all over the country and never been asked this before! You had to keep the bathroom window open all the time as the smell of damp was terrible. The accomodation was very average for the price. Old bungalows, that are very close together, with a lick of paint, new kitchen and a couple of new radiators. Really not worth the money! They have half heartedly said it is dog friendly. I appreciate they may want a dog friendly area however to make you walk through a packed club house which felt it was a bit from the 80's with signs up everywhere saying a pet free zone to a small conservatory at the back of the club which was packed anyway. Really made us feel unwelcome in there with dogs! It would have made more sense to make a pet friendly area nearer to the entrance! With a sign to say pet friendly area! The only good thing Is the location very near to tenby and the beach at saundersfoot is lovely! We definitely will not be returning here!

Great location, terrible staff and next to nothing to do for kids. The "Club" is a bar, with gambling machines. Saundersfoot is a short drive so location is spot on. I wouldn't stay there again. Swimming pool is only 3ft deep and badly upkept. Avoid, is my advice. There are much better places to stay in Saundersfoot or Tenby

Not a bad place , pool was to busy to use with no locks on showers. Had a bad glass of wine which was burning the throat and tasted horrible, something was up with it, when i questioned it the barman wouldn't give another and acted like I was stupid for thinking there could have been detergent or something in the glass, the best he could do was pour it into another glass :) , surprisingly it was still undrinkable. Enjoyed the bingo every night and the singers but they were on a bit late for us, and for a lot of people I think as it went very quiet after the bingo finished and the entertainment came on. Think the singers started at 9.30, but we are early birds. The kids entertainer seemed good but we had older kids so were only catching the end of that before bingo. Nice location for what we wanted as we walked into Saundersfoot.
