About Begelly Arms Hotel
Begelly Arms Hotel works well for travellers exploring Pembrokeshire by car, offering free on-site parking and a base in Kilgetty from which to reach the surrounding countryside and coast. It also suits anyone after a no-fuss stay with a restaurant and bar under the same roof, rather than having to head out for every meal.
There are 16 rooms, with breakfast included and free WiFi throughout. The garden gives a spot to sit outside, and the hotel also functions as a wedding venue, so it's used to hosting groups and events as well as individual guests. Practical extras include luggage storage and a laundry service, useful for anyone breaking up a longer trip around the region.
Kilgetty itself is close by, and the Kidwelly Industrial Museum offers a nearby point of interest for those wanting to fill a spare afternoon. It's a straightforward, unfussy option rather than a destination in itself, best suited to guests who want a comfortable stopover with easy parking and a meal on site.
