We booked a last minute trip to Scarborough and came across The Mansion House and we're so glad we did. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel incredibly welcome. The hotel was spotless, beautifully presented and in a fantastic location with stunning sea views. Our room was comfortable, well-equipped and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The staff were friendly, attentive and couldn't do enough to help, making the whole experience even better. It's clear they take great pride in what they do. We had an absolutely fantastic stay and wouldn't hesitate to recommend The Mansion House to anyone visiting Scarborough. We'll definitely be returning the next time we're in the area. Thank you for making our last minute getaway so memorable!

Staying at Mansion House in the 'Oak'... the suite is absolutely great, spacious, clean - everything you need. Views are amazing. Breakfasts (full english) is very good, this is where I really want to commend the place ... the staff are exceptional. Can't do enough for you. One of our bairns was ill so left her Breakfast and went back to room. One of the lasses brought her some iced water up to help her feel better then it was no problem at all for us to later take her a box of cereal upto the room. Seems like nowt - but that goes a long way. Would highly recommend the place and definitely come back. Thanks

Could have spent all day sat in the bay window watching the view . Italian gardens (gardens, so beautiful) just over the quiet road. Nice welcome with glass of wine . Totally peaceful, no noise. I thought price was reasonable, the hotels where I live are £150a night with no sea view! Would thoroughly recommend but don't want anyone to be in our room next time we come!

Another lovely few days at The Mansion House. Ideal location for everything. The rooms and hotel are very clean and welcoming. The breakfasts are amazing, freshly cooked and plenty of choices. The main reason we returned here was the staff, they are so friendly and helpful, nothing is too much trouble and they go out of their way to ensure you have a happy stay.
