Kinloch Ainort

We stayed here 2 nights and loved it. It was by far our favorite stay and we stayed in 9 places throughout our Ireland/Scotland vacation. It was in the middle of nowhere, the weather was a bit harsh in the morning but we loved it. The apartments were clean, check in info was great, scenery was beautiful and all the sheep in the fields. We drove into Portree and bought groceries. It was perfect. Highly recommend if you want to be out in the country.

I cannot recommend this place enough. It was clean and modern - very nice bathroom and nice to have a fridge and laundry facilities! The view is BEAUTIFUL. A nice view of the loch with baby sheep and ducks running around. A little bit of a drive to Portree and the major hikes, but the drive is beautiful and wasn't an issue for us.

My wife and I spent two nights there visiting Skye and we couldn’t be happier! It’s clean, comfortable and the location is absolutely unbelievable! Beautiful landscape, close to every part of the isle while being isolated and quiet; it was just perfect. Being surrounded by sheep and their lambs was a small bonus that my wife particularly enjoyed! Highly recommended!

Highlight of a two-week trip to Scotland. My friend and I spent a wonderful two weeks driving around Scotland, and spent a few days in Skye, at the Kinloch Ainort Apartments. Skye was fantastic, and the best part was staying here. We were early enough in June to see their latest batch of lambs, who were absolutely adorable. The views from the huge windows in each apartment were stunning, day and night, and changing every second along with the passing clouds. If I ever get to go back to Scotland this will be where I stay.
