The property also has shower room. The rest of the barn conversion contains an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with woodburning stove. To the outside there is off road parking for two cars and a patio with furniture. The area has an abundance of walks and there are cycling trails in the Mortimer Forest. With Tenbury Wells and Luldow nearby, Ham's House is an ideal base for a romantic retreat.

Note: the property is 3 miles from the nearest bus stop, so may not be suitable for people who do not drive.
