The Corvedale area around Craven Arms is quietly rolling countryside, far enough from main roads to feel genuinely remote but close enough to explore Bridgnorth and beyond. Orchard Barn sits on a working farm, a converted stone building that keeps its rural character while delivering the comfort needed for a week away. The owners have hand-crafted much of the interior—beds, wooden floors, staircase details—which gives the place an individuality that factory-made holiday lets cannot match.
Three bedrooms and two bathrooms serve six people, split across two floors. Downstairs holds the main living space, a kitchen arranged for actual cooking, and the first shower room. The kitchen has an oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher and everything else required; tall bi-fold doors open to the patio. Three bedrooms—one double, two with twin beds—occupy the first floor along with a second shower room. Underfloor heating covers the ground level; the hot tub sits private in the garden. Electricity, Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels come as standard. One dog or cat may stay free.
The enclosed garden has seating, a barbecue and space to move around. Two cars can park on site. The setting suits families wanting countryside quiet without needing to drive far for a pub meal or a riverside walk. Bridgnorth sits under six miles away; Corvedale Brewery is nearby if you want to visit. No smoking indoors.

Wonderful hosts, wonderful place. We spent a stunning few days here. Peaceful rural location but close to plenty of activities if you want them. Absolutely spotless, stylish and modern, fully equipped with everything we needed. Will definitely come back.

A lovely little cottage in a beautiful setting just 10 mins from Ludlow so it’s an idyllic spot. It is clean, comfortable, well kept and the owners are really lovely and hospitable! We’ve stayed a few times, and will be returning again!

Fantastic holiday home! Beautifully designed with fantastic views, stunning walks, excellent information/guides - a quiet tranquil holiday home for the family or couples. We shall certainly stay here once again, the barn was exactly what we needed. Kind and friendly hosts, with great communication. Would highly recommend. 5 stars *****

This was our second stay in Orchard Barn. Anne is a very responsive host. The barn is a perfect retreat for a stay in the lovely Shropshire Hills area. It was spotlessly clean and very well equipped. The location is secluded, yet only a short drive to Craven Arms or Ludlow. The welcome information is detailed and very helpful, and there are plenty of maps and guide books available for those like us, who want to explore the delights of Shropshire. Both Anne and Dave are very welcoming hosts. I can highly recommend Orchard Barn as a holiday let.
