What visitors say
We absolutely love this outdoor pool! It is always clean and heated. As they restrict the booking numbers, it never feels overcrowded, which makes the whole experience so much more relaxing. The shallow end is perfect for younger children. We’ve been taking our 5-year-old here for years because it starts off incredibly shallow—where just their feet are underwater—and gradually slopes deeper. It allows little ones to build up their confidence at their own pace and decide exactly how deep they want to go. The rest of the pool has a maximum depth of 1.2 metres. This is a total game-changer if you also have an older child, as they can swim around confidently without being out of their depth. The lifeguards are friendly and alert, giving that extra peace of mind.

EDITED: Lovely, clean water and friendly staff BUT, the showers are poolside and not in cubicles so if you want to have a proper shower, you have to go home. It's a real shame. EDIT** I have now given 5* because of the reply. I didn't know there were closed showers so I will ask to use them on my next visit which will be tomorrow hopefully. Thanks for letting me know 🙏

Lovely and friendly pool and gym for training, swimming and aqua fit. The staff are all great and really helpful. Well recommended

Disappointing Experience – Misleading Booking and Poor Communication I am incredibly disappointed with our visit today. We booked a "General Swim" session under the impression that we would have access to both pools. However, after just half an hour, we were forced to move to the outdoor pool. The outdoor area was far too crowded to actually swim, Furthermore, the online booking system is misleading. When selecting tickets, it automatically adds an extra person to the booking without clear notice, causing us to overpay. When I brought this to the attention of the staff, they were entirely unhelpful and refused to address the issue. Because we were forced outside into an overcrowded pool, my children were upset and wanted to leave early. We didn't even get to use the full time we paid for. I would not recommend this venue based on the poor organization and lack of customer service.

Visitors say this swimming pool offers clean, warm water in both indoor and outdoor pools, with the outdoor pool being particularly suitable for young children due to its shallow end. They also highlight the friendly and helpful staff, and appreciate the restricted booking numbers that prevent overcrowding.
Some reviews mention the booking system can be misleading.
