Great stopover. Stayed here after another good stop at a different village hotel. Gym good and pool good. Staff really helpful. Hotel under a refurbishment and had TV and WiFi issues but staff really helpful. Reception were kind enough to print some stuff for me. Stayed in a club room so inclusive gym pool and parking. Didn't eat in restaurant but on site Starbucks for quick bite was good.staff really made it. Thanks to Daniela, Lucy and Jenny also Gabriel and Gablin. All really helpful in a difficult situation with being busy and the refurbishment. Location is a short drive to motorway. Parking not best at moment due to refurbishment as lost a few spaces

We stayed for one night, we arrived early and Gemma could not have been nicer. Professional, understanding and helpful, she was a wonderful representative of Birmingham hospitality. The room was spotless and the breakfast was good value. The locational suited us perfectly for our meetups and proximity to the airport.

Good hotel, gym is by far the best I’ve ever had within a UK hotel. Staff were all very warm and welcoming aswell. Special shout out to big Brad behind the bar, excellent service and extremely reciprocal with small talk. Would/will be staying here again.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent service from start to finish I wanted to give a special mention to Kieran at the Village Hotel. He took the time to show me all the facilities and services available, and he did a fantastic job explaining everything clearly. He was very polite, honest, and professional throughout. I was really impressed with his helpful attitude. I would definitely recommend him, and the hotel in general, to all my friends, family, and anyone looking for a great stay.
