No stag/hens or similar parties. We ask guests to be mindful of noise levels as the property is within a residential area. Please note, there is a 10 pm noise curfew at this property. Guests found to be breaking the noise curfew may be asked to leave the property with no refund given. There is a good housekeeping bond of £500.
