Family bathroom (shower cubicle, w.c., bath with mixer attachment, shaver point, and heated towel rail). Open plan kitchen/living/dining room. Utility room. Furnished balcony.

Electric fan double oven, gas hob, extractor, microwave, larder fridge/freezer and dishwasher. Smart TV. WiFi available. All duvets, pillows, bed linen and bath towels are provided. Tenants require own beach towels. Parking for one car only. Strictly No Smoking. Property suitable for 4 adults and 2 children. The swimming pool is open from the end of May to the end of September, please contact the office for further information. If the cover is on the pool please carefully turn the handle to remove the cover. No swimming after 9 pm. 2 flights of steps down to building (15-20 steps); 3 flights up to number 10 (15 steps). No trailers, boats, caravans etc. Barbeques not permitted on private balconies/patios.
