4 The Salcombe is a stylish waterside home, just a short walk from Salcombeâs boutique shops and restaurants. The apartment sleeps seven people in four comfortable bedrooms, with a stunning en suite shower room and a family bathroom. Enjoy use of a comfortable lounge, as well as an open plan kitchen/dining room with a door that leads out to the pool and gardens. Residents of âThe Salcombeâ apartments have exclusive use of a seasonal outdoor heated pool, communal gardens, mooring and a private parking space per flat.

Four-ring induction hob, integrated oven, fridge/freezer, microwave,dishwasher and washing machine. Smart TV. Wifi. Gas fired central heating and hot water. There is a communal laundry situated in the building for guests use. Allocated parking space in the secure car park for one car, and mooring on 'The Salcombe' pontoon, accessed from the gardens. Electric car charging is not available or permitted at The Salcombe. Boats of up to 5m (16ft 4inches) long and 2m (6ft 6 inches) beam, may be moored on the pontoon. All bed linen and towels are provided - guests will need to bring their own tea towels and beach towels. Strictly No Smoking
