South Brent sits at the edge of Dartmoor National Park, surrounded by woodland and rolling hills. Bluebell Cottage, a converted early-1900s building, occupies this quiet corner of the South Hams, within reach of the Devon coast—Salcombe, Dartmouth and Brixham are all under 30 minutes away. The village itself is small and rural; the cottage garden and on-site parking mean you can settle in without fuss.
The property sleeps six across three bedrooms, each with a double bed, and two bathrooms. Downstairs, the living and dining rooms share an open plan with wooden floors, a wood burner and a separate kitchen equipped for cooking from scratch. Upstairs, one bedroom has its own ensuite. Electricity, heating, bed linen, towels and wifi are included; there is initial fuel for the wood burner. The garden has seating, and two cars can park on site.
This suits families or groups wanting space and countryside quiet within striking distance of walking and water. Dartmoor's tors and ancient woodlands draw hikers and cyclists; the South Devon coast offers beaches, fishing ports and coastal paths. No smoking inside the cottage.
